Product Description

Lamella Clarifier tube settler is a type of filler widely used in the field of water treatment. It is mainly used for internal filling of various water treatment equipment such as sedimentation tanks, clarification tanks, and filtration tanks. Its main function is to increase the contact area between water and filler, promote the precipitation and removal of impurities such as suspended solids and particulate matter in the water, and thus improve the water purification efficiency. It is mainly used for water inlet sand removal, industrial and domestic water sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation and tailings concentration treatment in water supply and drainage projects. It can also be used for the renovation of old pools. Its main features include large wetted perimeter, small hydraulic radius, good laminar flow state, and particle sedimentation is not disturbed by flocculation.

The dimensions of inclined tube packing include tube diameter, sheet thickness, individual sheet size, and finished dimensions, as follows:

Tube diameter: Common specifications include Φ25mm, Φ30mm, Φ35mm, Φ50mm, and Φ80mm.

Sheet thickness: The sheet thickness of inclined tube packing varies depending on the tube diameter. For example, the sheet thickness of a Φ25mm tube is typically 0.4mm, the sheet thickness of a Φ30mm tube is 0.45mm, the sheet thickness of a Φ35mm tube is 0.4mm and 0.5mm, the sheet thickness of a Φ50mm tube is 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm, and the sheet thickness of an Φ80mm tube is 0.7mm and 0.8mm.

The operating principle of honeycomb inclined tube packing is based on the theory of shallow sedimentation. As water flows through the inclined tubes, the packing's oblique structure and honeycomb layout slow the flow, allowing suspended solid particles to gradually settle to the tube walls under gravity and slide down the tubes into the sludge collection area. The honeycomb cells provide a large contact surface, promoting the growth of biofilms (in biological treatment scenarios), thereby enhancing the degradation of organic matter. The entire process is highly efficient and energy-efficient, requiring no complex external power supply.
