Product Description

The bubble disc diffuser features a slightly convex arched surface constructed with ABS engineering plastic. Its membrane incorporates specialized imported EPDM rubber for anti-adhesion surfaces, precision- machined through German CNC cutting to ensure optimal perforation quality. During oxygenation, the main disc incorporates four air delivery channels that channel air through check valves to the central aeration head, enabling effortless low-resistance membrane opening. The anti-detachment mechanism employs a threaded reverse locking assembly. When aeration occurs, the micro pores on the gas distribution membrane expand automatically to ensure unimpeded airflow. During shutdown, these micro pores remain sealed, preventing clogging through their self- regulating expansion and contraction. A built-in check valve on the base prevents mixed liquid from entering branch pipes during pipeline deactivation. This design eliminates the need for special filtration, ensures uninterrupted intermittent aeration, maintains uniform oxygen distribution, and achieves high oxygen transfer efficiency.
