FRP Grating Panel Square Mesh 38*38mm Fiberglass Plastic Grating Composite GRP Fiberglass Grating for Walkway Flooring

Product Description

Frp Grating Panel Square Mesh 38*38mm Fiberglass Plastic Grating Composite GRP Fiberglass Grating For Walkway Flooring
Molded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating provides corrosion resistance in the most demanding environments. Manufactured by combining thermosetting resin with continuous fiberglass rovings in precision molds, each panel contains approximately 65% resin and 35% fiberglass rovings. This combination optimizes corrosion resistance, UV protection, and structural integrity.

Fiberglass Grating is a lightweight and sound alternative to Steel or Aluminum Gratings. Corrosion-resistant and fire-retardant, this product line is ideal for use outdoors or in corrosive environments.

Besides traditional quare mesh type, we also produce rectangulae mesh and micro mesh.

Fiber glass grating producing process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation. This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel,Frp grating offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.

Molded Rectangular Mesh
Available in 1" deep, 1" x 4" pattern, rectangular mesh FRP gratings are commonly used for walkways and trench applications. When selecting rectangular mesh grating it is important to specify the span (rectangular opening) of the grating perpendicular to the supporting structure. Like our square mesh products, popular resins include economical Orthophthalic Polyester, superior Isophthalic Polyester, and other application specific resins. All products are available with the concave meniscus surface or the optional grit surface(coarse or fine grit).

Molded Square Mesh

Our most popular FRP product, molded square mesh grating is available in 1", 1-1/2", and 2" depths. The 1" and 1-1/2" deep products are produced with a 1-1/2" square mesh while the 2" deep products are produced with a 2''square mesh. The square pattern of the panels provides bi-directional strength and facilitates easy layout and fabrication.

1.Excellent properties of frp grating as follows:

(1).Safety:FRP is recommended when corrosion protection and safety are your goal.

(2).Stability:Expansion and contraction is 24% and 50% less than aluminum and steel,  providing greater dimensional stability.

(3).Durability:Superior durability to Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Galvanized gratings, especially in highly corrosive environment

(4).Strength:50%higher tensile strength than hot rolled steel and better impact resistance.

2.Cutting method:

Serging four side,Serging three sides,Serging opposite sides,Serging the neighboring sides,Non-serginh.

3.Surface Treatment: Smooth surface grating,Concave surface grating, Microvoid grating, Sandy grating,Cover board gratin,Transparent grating

a)Smooth surface and italic grid make it easy to clean.

b)Cross distributing loads equally to improve the bearing capacity.

c)Surface grooves prevent slipping, covered sand type is better in anti-slipping.
