Molded fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) grating provides corrosion resistance in the most demanding environments. Manufactured by combining thermosetting resin with continuous fiberglass rovings in precision molds, each panel contains approximately 65% resin and 35% fiberglass rovings. This combination optimizes corrosion resistance, UV protection, and structural integrity.
Fiberglass Grating is a lightweight and sound alternative to Steel or Aluminum Gratings. Corrosion-resistant and fire-retardant, this product line is ideal for use outdoors or in corrosive environments.
Besides traditional quare mesh type, we also produce rectangulae mesh and micro mesh.
Fiber glass grating producing process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation.This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel,Frp grating offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.

Corrosion Resistant

Fire Retardant
FRP Gratings are halogen free, which in case of fire, the smoke released has very low toxins. FRP Gratings have the advantage of anti-conduct of electricity, fire prevention and non-magnetic properties.
Maintenance free
Steel gratings have low initial cost than FRP Gratings, but considering the life cycle costs and replacement costs, FRP Gratings becomes more economical and does not require sandblasting, scraping or coated for many years.
